Return Policy

Returns Policy: 
Our policy lasts 30 days from the time you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. If there was an issue with one or more of these categories, please reach out to us and we can resolve them.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you no longer have the receipt, please email us with your order # and we will be happy to assist you. 

If you are receiving an item from one of our many suppliers & vendors directly and you wanna return your product you haved purchased. Please do not send your purchases back to the vendor/supplier as they may return back to you,but contact our support mail asap:Mistinkcom@gmail.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use:

 

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that have been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please do not fear though, we reject on average less than 1 out of every 200 refund requests -- Our customers are our first priority. Once a refund is issued, you should see the funds within 1-3 business days. 


Late or missing refunds (what do I do?)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, (after 1-3 business days of issuance), and you have confirmed in your bank account details that a charge was not returned -- please contact us immediately so we may resolve it. 

Sale/Clearance items (if applicable)
We typically do not offer refunds on Items sold through a clearance sale. Please contact us if you believe you should receive a refund for a product and we will do our best to resolve it with you. Always remember, our customers are our first priority. 

We also do not offer refunds when you chose wrong size,wrong color.But if you chose right size,right color and we shipped wrong product or damaged product you ‘ve purchased,we will ship another product to you,in that case,you do not have to return the wrong product.For more information please contact our support email:Mistinkcom@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please keep in mind that should you be shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
